DRESHER, Pa., Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Ascensus, the engine at the center of America’s savings ecosystem, announced today that Edward Greene will join the company as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective September 14, 2026. Greene will report to Ascensus CEO Nick Good and serve on Ascensus’ executive leadership team. He will lead the company’s human capital strategy, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and culture initiatives. An experienced, values-driven leader, Greene brings deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, enterprise transformation, and developing people strategies that advance business priorities.

Throughout his career, Greene has helped organizations align talent and culture with business strategy, recognizing that engaged, empowered associates are essential to delivering value for clients and driving long-term growth. He joins Ascensus from Iron Mountain, where he most recently served as Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, helping to advance organizational and talent priorities and lead change across the company. Previously, as Chief Human Resources Officer, he led Iron Mountain’s global people strategy for 26,000 associates across more than 60 countries.

Greene’s career spans leadership roles across financial services and other industries, including positions with FactSet Research Systems, Surfside Capital Advisors, Voya Financial, and Fidelity Investments. He earned a law degree from the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.

In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Edward serves on the boards of the Boston Ballet and Martha’s Vineyard Hospital and is a founding member of the Black Trustees Alliance. Previously, he served as President of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, where he will become an honorary trustee in September 2026. He also serves on Eastern Bank’s Board of Advisors and as a director of SoHookd, a workplace wellness benefits company.
