Conti Federal Expands Indo-Pacific Presence with $16M Contract in Guam

Conti Federal Services, LLC, a leading federal construction and design-build firm, has been awarded a $15.96 million firm-fixed-price contract by Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) to construct the P-859, Consolidated Headquarters Phase II, at Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz, Guam.
The award expands Conti Federal’s presence in Guam and strengthens the company’s growing portfolio of work supporting U.S. military infrastructure throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz plays an essential role in the Indo-Pacific, strengthening U.S. deterrence and supporting rapid crisis response.
The project will support the continued development of Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz, which serves as an important component of the U.S. military’s evolving posture in the Indo-Pacific. The base provides infrastructure to support Marine Corps operations, training and readiness in the region.

Construction is expected to be completed in November 2027.
