Company Welcomes New COO & CFO as Worldwide Demand Surges and New Factory Nears Completion
LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL, UNITED STATES, August 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — On the heels of rapid factory expansion across South Florida, as well as high-profile media appearances on NBC Miami and CBS New York, Lauderdale-Lakes based Altitude Water has announced the newest additions to its powerful family: Chief Operations Officer Branden Riley and Chief Financial Officer Robbye Rapp.
“This is a wonderful moment for our company, one that will help define our leadership and success moving forward,” stated Jeff Szur, Altitude Water Founder and CEO.
“Riley and Rapp are not just skilled in their lines of work, but both are incredibly driven, knowledgeable in sustainability, the importance of innovation, and the dedication it takes to keep a business thriving. We are excited to welcome them into our Altitude family and believe their skills will immediately assist in our growth. It is such a blessing to see my father’s and I’s vision of creating jobs at home and supporting communities abroad becoming a reality. During this exponential growth, God has provided numerous people that perfectly fill the needs of the company and share the vision we are building. Robbye and Branden are two more examples of His faithfulness and we are grateful.”
As COO, Branden Riley brings multidisciplinary engineering and operations leadership, including experiences spanning water, infrastructure, manufacturing, agriculture, and sustainability. His previous work includes the EPA’s drinking water data systems and U.S. Steel, showcasing his talents on a national level. He is also well-versed in hydroponics, vertical farming, controlled-environment agriculture, and regenerative farming operations. In his new position, Riley will use his skills as a LEAN Six Sigma Engineer to advance Altitude’s practical, scalable solutions, creating systems grounded in a belief that sustainable communities are built by stewardship while integrating essential systems for greater efficiency, resilience, and long-term operational success.
Robbye Rapp, a fractional CFO based in Louisiana, has built his career helping small and medium businesses strengthen their financial operations, systems, and reporting. A Certified Public Accountant, he has worked alongside clients across a myriad of industries, including HVAC, food distribution, manufacturing, and professional services to build financial infrastructure and management reporting that scales with each individual company.
As part of Altitude’s team, Rapp will support rising growth through the creation of dedicated budget plans and strategy, ensuring clarity and confidence as Altitude Water forwards its mission of developing revolutionary Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs), delivering technology to at-risk communities struggling with water scarcity, designing powerful Disaster Relief Trailers, and building international connections changing lives.
“When Altitude Water was first established, our team was significantly smaller than it is today,” added Szur. “Since then, we’ve had the privilege of bringing on team members from all walks of life, all of whom have unique capabilities that come together to support our company’s goals every single day. With the new 10,400 square foot facility set to open, these hires will help form the next level of growth.”
“Our motto is ‘team work makes the dream work,’ and both Branden Riley and Robbye Rapp understand this and believe this wholeheartedly. We look forward to showcasing our company’s expansion and the fruits of our labor in the near future.”
CEO Jeff Szur will soon be traveling to Puerto Rico as the region faces mounting water‑security challenges driven by extreme heat, aging infrastructure. As part of his excursion, Szur will oversee the installation of new AWG systems in high‑need municipalities, expand Altitude Water’s established Caribbean operations, train and hire local technicians to support long‑term job creation, and conduct on‑site disaster‑readiness assessments ahead of hurricane season’s peak.
“These new additions to the Altitude Team will allow me to do what I do best, find solutions to global water issues as well as structure programs to help the root cause of what is negatively affecting communities from reaching their full potential. This is part of the transition from entrepreneur to running a multi-million-dollar operation,” Szur concluded.
Additionally, Szur will be joining the September 15th Global Symposium on Microplastics hosted by Torrent Laboratory Inc. to discuss not only the latest updates on the microplastic crisis, but how contemporary technology can provide essential support to struggling communities.
