Creative Homes is proud to announce that, together with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® and numerous national and local sponsors, the company has built a St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace in the beautiful North Star neighborhood in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the $1.5 million sale of this home will be donated to St. Jude to support their mission of fighting childhood cancer and other catastrophic diseases. The home will debut to the public during the Fall 2026 Parade of Homes, offering an incredible opportunity to support a worthy cause while experiencing the quality and craftsmanship of Creative Homes. The Fall Parade of Homes runs Friday-Sundays from September 11 to October 4 throughout the Twin cities.
