Citi Trends, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRN), a leading off-price value retailer of apparel, accessories and home trends primarily for Black families, today announced that Chief Financial Officer Heather Plutino has informed the Company of her decision to step down from her role for personal reasons.

Ms. Plutino will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer while the Company conducts a search for her successor and is committed to ensuring a smooth and orderly transition once a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed.
