West Palm Beach Fort Pierce, FL, October 27, 2026 —

Severe king tide flooding has inundated the Coastal Towers Condominium Apartments in Boynton Beach, reaching significant depths and causing major disruption for residents, according to the available information.

The property manager has called for investigations into infrastructure around the condominium, specifically seawalls and drainage systems. The call places those systems at the center of questions about the flooding, but no findings about the condition or performance of the infrastructure have been provided.

The City of Boynton Beach has acknowledged the issue and is coordinating with relevant agencies and the condominium association. The specific agencies involved, the steps being coordinated and any timetable for further action were not provided.

Details about when the flooding occurred, the exact depth of the water and the extent of damage were also not provided. The available information describes the impact on residents as major disruption but does not specify what services or areas of the property were affected, whether residents had to leave, or how many people were affected.

No inspection results, conclusions about the cause of the inundation or decisions regarding repairs have been reported. The property manager’s name was not provided, and no additional statement from the city or condominium association was included. For now, the reported response consists of the property manager’s request to investigate nearby seawalls and drainage systems and the city’s coordination with agencies and the association.
